Dr. Hassan Galadari is a distinguished figure in the field of dermatology. An American board-certified graduate of the Boston University/Tufts University dermatology programme, he has also completed a prestigious dermatologic surgery and laser fellowship at the University of California-San Francisco. Currently a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, Dr. Hassan serves on various international dermatology committees and holds significant positions such as the Treasurer General of the International Society of Dermatology and the Secretary General of the International League of Dermatological Societies, representing 200,000 dermatologists worldwide.
His accolades include the Presidential Citation Award from the American Academy of Dermatology, recognising his contributions to the field in 2016 and 2018. As an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences of United Arab Emirates University (UAEU), Dr. Hassan's primary focus is on cosmetic dermatology, specifically soft tissue augmentation, for which he holds a patent. His expertise is widely recognised through his lectures at international congresses, publications in peer-reviewed journals, and his acclaimed book, "Soft Tissue Augmentation: Principles and Practice."
